The location is fantastic with the beach just minutes away, 15 minute drive away to Disneyland and wonderful shopping and dining all around you!



Just a few blocks away is the Triangle Center. The lifestyle center features full service dining, movie theater, bowling and fast casual dining, including a Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar, a Mexican restaurant with the feel of a coastal resort, a family-friendly tavern serving delicious American cuisine from a scratch kitchen, along with a sports bar, pizza, made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream and more.

COVID 19- for last minute reservations we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment. Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. BEDDING:

2 queen beds and 4 single beds (they are trundle beds).

No cable TV but we have wifi with apple TV.



HOUSE RULES: 



After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.

You must be 28 years of age.  If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.



Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.



NO PARTIES: 



No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. 

No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. 

No extra people than the people in your group listed above.



NO SMOKING: 



All of our properties are NO SMOKING. 

Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.



PETS:

Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.



PET FRIENDLY UNITS:  

If you have rented a pet friendly unit 

-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.  

-Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 

-All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.  Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. 

-All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. 

-Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. 

-All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 



So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
