'Travelers, be warned! This property is in dire need of maintenance. Considering the higher price point, these other reviews seem suspiciously positive. The apartment was spacious, and the host was friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants. However, the quality of the accommodations fell far short of our expectations. We had booked three nights but only managed to stay one. We would have left immediately if not for our family of six, including children, who arrived late on a...

'In July 2020 we, a family of 6 persons, stayed a couple days in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. It is a very nice apartment and equipped with everything you need. You can walk easily to the beach and multiple shops are nearby as well. Upfront we communicated with Elio and he is a very friendly person and explains everything very well. We truly can recommend a stay in this apartment.'

'We were visiting family in Vasto and the apartment was in a great location for our visit. We had some phone issues that caused some communication issues with the property manager that we eventually sorted out with help from locals. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We had an exceptional stay at this beautifully restored country home. The setting is peaceful with great views, and the hot tub, new pool, sauna, and tennis court made it perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The house was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen and dining area ideal for group meals. A highlight was the pasta-making lesson Antonio arranged with a local expert—using the traditional chitarra was unforgettable. The location is ideal for exploring Abruzzo’s mountains, coast,...

'Adorable little cottage equipped with all the essentials. Air conditioning proved to be a welcome reprieve from the extreme temperatures of July. The beach is a short distance away and there are plenty of places to find a nice cappuccino or gelato.'
