Private - Spacious- Creek Lined Cabin

This listing is only for the top half of the cabin. If top is rented, the bottom will not be rented. You will not have access to the bottom but full access to the entire property grounds.

Grounds: The cabin is on a private wooded lot with a year-round creek lining the property. In the summer you can enjoy catching minnows and other little creatures in the creek. The mountains go up in front of and behind the cabin so you are in your own little valley. There is plenty grass to enjoy outside and a fire pit near the creek to enjoy.

Location: Cosby is considered the "quiet side of the Smokies." There is far less traffic while still having the beauty of the Smokey Mountains. Gatlinburg is approximately 25 minutes away. Pigeon Forge is approximately 40 minutes away. You would also be about 15 minutes away from Hartford, which is home to white water rafting and the Appalachian Trail.

Cabin: The cabin features 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. The TVs, located in the living room and king bedroom, stream your entertainment. There is no traditional cable in the cabin. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher as well as equipment such as a crockpot and George Forman grill. Enjoy relaxing on the deck off of the kitchen or the covered front porch. Don't forget the wood burning fireplace!

Pets: The cabin is pet friendly with a $125 pet fee per stay (not per day or per pet). There is a 2 pet max. This fee goes to cover enhanced cleaning for pet hair.

Ring security camera is on the property. It faces the parking area and stairs and has recording and sound capabilities. There is also a motion floodlight on the outside of the cabin.
