'Wonderful hotel! We truly felt lucky to stay here. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping even checked in afterward to make sure we were satisfied. My children loved the hot tub, and the restaurant food was excellent with an amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Larissa at the front desk. She was friendly, patient, and full of great recommendations that made our stay even better.'

'Room service went into my room and started making bed and cleaning while I was having breakfast (a 7am). All my luggage was still in the room so it was evident I was still using the room.'

'The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs.'

'The hotel is located a few 100m from the slopes. The walk over the road is not without danger. No sidewalk. Family room is spacious and cleaned daily. Kind staff, especially Pierro, who gave that little extra attention and service (makes you a great cappuccino). Breakfast could improve a bit, with COLD drinks and WARM sausages and eggs.'

'Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie'
