Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!

Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV or relaxing on the king bed.

Looking forward to your visit!

-The place is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple of blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you would like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated, lower-level condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with the Smart TV in the living room.
-Enjoy the private bathroom, work desk, and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.
-Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun.
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-There are mini splits that provide AC

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Additionally, we do ask that even during times outside of quiet hours, you do not make excessive amounts of noise. Thank you.

Excellent stay and location!

This property is updated, clean and has everything you need plus more for your stay on Coronado! Nothing negative about this property, communications were prompt, if we had any questions. They provide a wagon of everything needed for the beach, as well as fire pits outside in common space, it was great! The location is excellent, short walk to the beach and everything on Orange Ave, restaurants, shops, etc… Thank you for having us!

Coronado Comfort!

Property is in an idea location, near beach, shopping (including grocery store) and restaurants. Great boardwalk/beach walking, great neighborhood walking. Kitchen has a perfect layout and all the basic necessities, bed was soft and comfortable, the bathroom shower was a little small but adequate. The windows and lighting in the apt was perfect. The apt was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything! The property is clean, well appointed, and the property owner took care to provide for details beyond what I would have expected. These small details added so much to our stay. The kitchen is very organized which made it easy to utilize the available utensils and dishes. The bed was comfortable. Communication was consistent, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to visit again!

AMAZING!!!

My girls and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The place was super close to everything, very clean and looked just like the pictures. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. There were so many "extras" to make our trip extra comfortable; a wagon full of beach chairs, towels, kids toys and an umbrella, a multi plug outlet for all our devices, ice packs and ice cubes in the freezer, brita water filter jug in fridge (which was the coldest fridge I have ever seen), fully stocked kitchen, coffee salt pepper oil etc. A/C, lots of towels, comfy bed, decent pull-out couch, large TV, lots of seating. New and updated everything. Just a beautiful little spot. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you so much. Will definitely return, Thank you!

Coronado getaway

My sister and I stayed in this lovely accomodation while visiting the San Diego area in December, 2023. We enjoyed all the festive lights and going-ons at that time of the year, especially at the historic Coronado Hotel which is mere steps away. If renting a car, it is good to know that parking is tight in the area and there is only 2 hour parking on the street out front, but there is a few reserved parking spots in the Bank of America parkade next door (for a daily fee). We did find the unit cold at night and the heating did not seem to be working properly but there is an electric fireplace in the living room that throws good heat and a plug-in heater in the bedroom. We will definitely rent with this owner again, and might choose another unit next time because there a few more units both in the main house and behind in the courtyard. The whole place is really charming and nicely maintained. In addition, the owner was extremely prompt in communicating with us and answering all our questions.

Beautiful Unit in a Perfect Spot

We love the B Avenue Bungalows! It's our third time there and this unit was lovely, well-appointed and spacious. The location is ideal: only a 2-block walk to the Del and to the beach. Checkin and checkout was a breeze, and the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. A great place in a great location!

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful bungalow that looks just like the pictures and is in great a location. It was very clean and comfortable. There were thoughtful additions including a wagon full of beach supplies for each unit (towels, chairs, umbrella and sand toys). The host had excellent communication and prompt responses to questions. My family would love to return in the future.

Nice little bungalow. Stayed there last year at this time. Door was open when we arrived. Very busy street and loud but great location for us!. Clean but corners of bathroom and living room not cleaned. Cushions on chairs are due for a wash. Outdoor area in the back not cleaned up. Weeds growing on the front porch! And 10a checkout period though we had breakfast and walked by less than an hour later and still no cleaning crew! Seems like an awefully early checkout. We appreciated the 50 min early check in. The bed is so comfortable! Shower too small to shave your legs. Lol. Very much appreciated Alan’s prompt response to our messages.

Great location

The property was great, bad part was gated screen door was locked upon our arrival, making us unable to get to the electronic keypad to get in the house. And there was no key in the keybox to unlock the gated screen door! It had been a long travel day, it was late, and it dinner was now getting cold. We waited for an hour to get someone to come and let us in. And it was frustrating that the person who we reached on the phone treated us like we never had opened a door before, requesting we send pictures of the locked door.. And a video of us trying to open the door, staying there was no way for that door to be locked, it was impossible. Did we push the handle down to open the door! Was not a good first impression. But other than that, location was amazing! House was great! We enjoyed our stay.
