A 3200 square foot beach oasis, this home sits atop one of the highest lots with superior sound, ocean, and sunset views. This smart-home is one of the only in Corolla, where you use your voice to easily control the Sonos sound system, Nest temperature system, automated blinds, lighting throughout the house, and phillips hue accent lighting; of course, there are traditional switches if you've come here to just disconnect. Pool can be heated for an additional $500 weekly fee. Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
