We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There is plenty of room for multiple people to be comfortable. The property is just as listed but I didn't realize how many steps there were but it wasn't a problem, if you had small children it could be an issue. The area was pet friendly, we brought our 2 dogs and the house even had dog dishes available. The house was clean and the kitchen had all of the amenities. The management company was very responsive and had good communication beforehand. The house is in a great location with a less than 10 minute walk to the beach and a nice little view of the Sound. The neighborhood was great for walking the dogs.The only negative was the outside space. The pool was awesome and refreshing after a day at the beach but the rail to get in was loose. Also, the landscaping needed definite help with weeds overgrown everywhere. The outdoor shower wasn't usable because it was full of weeds and had a dirt floor which would quickly turn to mud.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

- The property should be removed from the vacation rental listing until extensive cleaning, mold remediation, and pest control are completed.- All furniture should be replaced.- Upon check-in, we informed property management about mold in the primary bedroom due to a leaking air conditioner.- Their solution was to place a bucket in the bedroom to collect the dripping water, which accumulated a full bucket of water each day during our entire week-long stay.- Property management did not contact us to inform us of their plan to fix the air conditioner and mold issue. Poor communication.- We had already drafted a detailed list of items that needed attention, including the air conditioner, which should have been done before our check-in.- The list of items includes:- A black dirt filmed covered all the leather furniture in the living room.- All floors had dirt and were sticky.- All hard surfaces were dirty.- Outside trash can overflowing and infested with flies and maggots.- Ceiling light fixtures have mold.- Couch in rec room has holes in fabric.- Ceiling fan in purple bedroom has a built-up of dirt and hair.- This property poses a health hazard.- Property management did honor our wish to place us in a clean and safe house. They knowingly allowed us to be exposed to mold.

Great house and location close to the beach. Nice pool and nice hot tub. There were lots of spider webs outside on furniture. Would be nice if hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent were available.
