'The staff was absolutely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to show their Caribbean hospitality. Julissa from the Elite Lounge was excellent. We didn’t initially get offered the room upgrade. However, Julissa later personally came to our room to offer us an upgrade: a room with a swim-out pool. Unfortunately, we refused the upgrade because our room had a great view of the resort. We had a great time and would recommend this resort to family and friends. We will also be returning soon...

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...
