'We came back a second time because of the great authentic atmosphere and the amazing Italian restaurant downstairs'

'Very nice hotel on excellent location. Noisy bar and restaurant area with loud background music making it impossible to have a conversation with people at same table'

'From start to finish the experience at The Avenue is excellent -- with friendly staff and brand new apartments. The entire building is nicely appointed and very quiet, with a beautiful rooftop pool and view of Coral Gables.'

'Everything went perfectly! Special thanks to the hosts!'

'The bed is good as well as the shower, television, the wifi and airco. The area is close to restaurants and shops however there's room for improvement: - a bigger trash - a small fridge - floor is uneven and cracking - the reception does not have any tourist information (no maps from metros or sightseeing)'
