'A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! 'Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. 'Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast...

'The hotel was really nice! The staff was amazing! They came sit at your table and speak with you, and they sang for us! They were really helpfull and nice. We really liked the scenery and the quiteness of the location. However, if you would want to leave the hotel you have to walk a 4km road that is hilly, or you can be dropped off by the hotel at the road for a fee. '

'A true immersion in Fijian culture, and a lovely island resort. Definitely not 5* but well looked after. The staff was very friendly, always enjoying what they were doing. On the negative, the snorkel is negligible. No coral at all, just a few fish.'

'No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. 'Beautifull view of the beach and the sea from the bure/room. Also a great view from the bar. The area of the resort looks good and are good maintained. The room is very clean and tidy. There is only WIFI available in the mainbuilding, not in the bure/room. You got to pay for the WIFI. The food tast good, only the beverages are to expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.'

'Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.'

'Kamer zag er ruim en schoon uit. Hoewel in eerdere recenties naar voren kwam dat men last had van bedwantsen, hebben wij hier in kamer 24 geen last van gehad. Avondeten kunnen we niet over oordelen, aangezien we buiten de deur hebben gegeten. Ontbijt was lekker, maar wel wat chaotisch. Resort was aan de rustige kant, misschien vanwege eerdere negatieve recensies? '
