« This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. « The room itself was quite nice. I was put off by the fact that we had to park at the side of someones house, go through a side gate, down the patch of lawn to a unit in the backyard. The proximity to the house is very close with a decorative fence dividing the properties. We didnt want to play our music and felt we were so close to the main house, we didnt feel private.
