'We had a very nice stay in room 4. Steve was very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself is a bit dated, but the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fantastic, very spacious and looks like new. The house is very close to many restaurants in downtown area, and to Centennial park by the lake. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio. Thank you, Steve!'

'I received no information from the host about accessing the rental. The two phone numbers on the listing do not connect to the host. Thankfully a neighbour had the host's number or we may not have gotten in! The staircase to the apt. is treacherous and the place had a musty odour. There was black mold in the closets and only bottom sheets on the beds. There was no page of information for the unit.The airconditioning worked well, as did the shower head. '
