'To begin with the room, it was well maintained with the most unique old world charm. Everything was in good working order and the kitchen was well stocked. The lake was beautiful which added to a beautiful sunset. The train passed twice in the afternoon, but it was not loud. I actually found it to be quite interesting '

Plenty of room. The antiques in the rooms are beautiful and they function! What an excellent experience!'

'As you approach the property you see an unkept yard with broken down vehicles. Our luxury studio had large trash cans in front and 2 rusty boats. Our view from the room faced a cluttered backyard with a rusty tractor, railroad tracks, then the beautiful lake. We walked around the studios to try to get to the lake abd found more broken down vehicles and more non landscaped land. Behind our slay bed was a wall of spider webs. 'We checked in late in the evening so didn’t have time to grocery shop that night and wanted to get up early to do so, it was so nice to see that there was both a kurig and a coffee pot there including coffee and all the extras like creamer and sugar! The cabin just had floors redone and they look amazing! Our little 5 year old said “this is our new home” she loved her room with the bunk beds and a make-up vanity/desk.
