'The place is nice, it reminds me of my grandmother's home. There are modern conveniences, but that’s the vibe. The stairs aren’t terrible, but a bit much. Apartment is on the third floor. There is a chair lift thing, but it only goes to the second floor. There are rails on both sides to hold on to from second to third floor; just on one side from first to second (chair lift). 'The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity.'

'I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway!
