'We stayed at Azzura Green Apartments and unfortunately our experience got off to a terrible start. For the first three nights, our apartment had a significant cockroach infestation. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away. It was a very disappointing way to begin our stay.

'We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. 'We stayed for only one night. When we arrived and checked in, there were a few issues with the parking. Later that night, when we returned to the hotel, we experienced another parking issue. After speaking with the reception staff, everything was resolved.
