'Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. 'The very best thing for us about this property was that it had a fully fenced yard for our dogs. Most properties that allow pets don’t actually have a place where they can go. The house was well appointed and it was in a very convenient location to everywhere we wanted to go.'
