« First, I was transferred to an "upgraded" room without any explanation or clear direction. So when we arrived I thought I had entered the wrong room because the place was trashed. I asked the host to call me and they just replied via the app instead because they knew I was there from the camera outside the door. I explained that someone must be staying in this unit because it was filthy and stuff was scattered all about. They didn't believe me of course until I started sending multiple pictures....

« The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance. »

« My Grandmother lives in the area and it’s hard for her to travel. Since she has moved in with a family member it’s been harder for her to have visits with her great grand kids seeing as I live out of town. This rental was perfect! It was easy to get to and was stocked with everything we needed for a week staycation. The house was clean and house information was easy to fine and fallow. « The house is an older cuter house. Needs a little TLC. The outside back patio was dirty and the kitchen had ants that got in all our stuff over night. The bathrooms handles got to really hot so be careful. It was overall great for us traveling thru Houston with our dogs and kiddos. »

« The home was very clean and well stocked. All the little items that tend to add up were already provided like laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. It was well decorated, homey and comfortable. Communication was great and the hosts were always quick to respond. We have family in the area and plan to make this lovely home our go to rental when we visit. »
