'The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. 'This hotel has many issues- 1. The front staff stays in the back with a sign out front saying “we are helping other guests, we will be right back” unless you ring a bell. And then when you ring the bell, they come out from the back, and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. 2. The hotel is NOT ADA accessible at all. 'Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity.'

Het Hot breakfast stelt als in vele ketenhotels in de USA niet veel voor. De omgeving is niet echt bijzonder, het hotel is ideaal als tussenstop op een lange reis door de USA.'

'My stay was great here. When I arrived I was given a connecting room next to the elevator, I went to the front desk to see if I can get a more private room and it was handled with no problem. Jay at the front desk was great! The pool was clean and the maintenance women didn’t have a problem giving me anything that I needed. The hotel is near very busy roads which was convenient for food etc. It was also a 25 minute drive from the IAH airport. I’m definitely going back.'
