« I never saw any staff, but the room was clean. The air conditioner worked well and the parking was sufficient. The rooms were old. Ours looked like it previously been an apartment with a kitchen , but it did the job. The bed and bathroom were clean and the price was more than fair. »

« PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. « The suite was very large and comfortable. Staff was nice. The room had a slight smell, like the carpets needed cleaning or had been cleaned with a fragrance solution. Might be a problem if you have allergies or if fragrance causes headache. »

« This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor...
