'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'.
As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Everything was great. If i had to complain on anything i was told bar closes at 11pm and bartender left 10:45. We missed him by a min. And the Tvs had bad service so was hard to change channels at times. Overall i would stay there again. '

'The roomm size and arrangement is a huge deciding factor in my choice to return. You're now my official priority lodging location in Dallas. Area was great, staff was 100%, and there was no noise (even though it was a packed night on Saturday).
