Flats in Congers

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'Parking is really great, garage is guarded by fences, which persons are not allowed, unless their booking room or parking their vehicle, so I have to say it’s pretty safe according to my experiences!'

'Fantastic stay! Unique and castle-like property. Sandy was an amazing server at the high end restaurant. I recommend the tomahawk pork chop, which can be made into a gluten free dish. Cocktails were tasty and worth the calories. I would stay again! '

'The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage.'

'Ok place for a night to stay. Didnt use the pool or dine at the restaurant but the bar was good. Room was clean, water pressure was a little weak but fine for its purpose. I would stay here again as it was great for the purpose. '

'We decided stay at this hotel, because it is only option was. In general all good. Big parking lot, polite staff. But, room doesn't have fridge, and for my request slippers, they said, they don't have it. There are the reasons why I little bit disappointed.'
