The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. 'Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food / drinks, for a hotel especially, are reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location for walking to events uptown, but this also means lots of noise. On Saturday night and into Sunday morning, there was intensely loud drag racing that I could hear clearly, even on the 11th floor. 'The downstairs was hot when we were there, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. It was clean. The bar area was excellent. Plenty of seating for the bar/breakfast. The pool looked great. I didn’t use it. However, I used the gym. Very well maintained. The rooms were awesome. The fridge, kitchenette and the couch, made the room feel homey. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It was just me and my husband with another couple. I didn’t see any kids at this hotel.'
