'Mis vacaciones de cumpleaños fueron como si estuviera en un lugar con ambulantes pero los ambulantes fueron el staff muy insistentes de tomar una plática con la agencia de viajes HYATT❌ de verdad pésima calidad de no poder andar libre por los pasillos o ir a comer es real mente agotador y desagradable el tener que lidiar con personas así cuando son vacaciones deberían respetar la decisión de cada persona. No volvería En la limpieza mi duvet estaba sucio 🤢'

'Lovely boutique hotel in a gorgeous, unique setting on the Pacific Ocean. Quiet, picturesque and intimate. Food and service was very good. The physical structures and fixtures are now beyond their best before date. A minor update of the buildings, etc. would instantly make it a five star experience.'

'The cost of sunscreen (which was a necessity) was outrageous! Cost of one bottle compared to 3 outside of the resort. Sometimes the drink service at the pools was very slow and having to wait up to an hour to get your drink.'

'Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!'

'We had a great 11 day stay at Quinta Bella. Our room was a corner unit so we had ocean and jungle views. It was very clean, well appointed and the king size bed was very comfy. We both slept really well. Housekeeping staff work very hard in the heat and always engaged with us with a greeting and smile. Likewise for the front desk staff, restaurant staff and especially the young people serving drinks and food in the pool and beach area. So attentive and happy even with the long hours they work....

'The grounds are beautiful. Staff were great. We did the all inclusive package and were impressed with the food. Views from the restaurants are perfect. Ocean is a bit rough here, but there are places you can swim. You can climb over the rocks and snorkel just down the beach. Fixtures in the rooms are dated, but bed is super comfy and views are excellent. We would definitely stay at this lovely, quiet hotel again.'
