"Good overall, but basic issues need attention The hotel architecture is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable. That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for my bed only, not my kid’s. Also, towel situation was weird: some days we had plenty, some days just one, and one day none at all. It’s a good hotel if you value space and architecture over detail, but for a 4-star rating, the basics should really be tighter."
