When I reported the problem, reception staff reacted surprised and said a technician would be alarmed. However during our stay WiFi in our room remained disfunctional and had to use WiFi in at the reception. The real disappointment occurred at checkout when I learned from another staff member that...

'The room was spacious, well equipped and clean, but the location and views couldn't be beat !! Being able to simply step outside and walk the beach, or enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the bay was just what we needed. Only wish we had planned to stay longer ! '
