I checked in late in the evening after a very long day so I crashed. To my surprise when I tried to shower the next morning it absolutely did not work. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and insensitive about the situation. I will say I appreciate the manager for rectifying the situation once I contact him.

The room was in terrible condition, holes in the wall and tv stand. Mismatched sofa cushions, very low toilet, odor in the room. Sink drain didn’t work, drain in shower was slimy looking. Still waiting for my $50 refund for incidentals charge. Needs to be shut down and totally remodeled.

Sketchy place,, they billed my card 4 times for the stay and it took 2 weeks and a few phone calls to get it reversed….not a safe hotel

Noticed hair on the bathroom floor that was neither of ours, the boyfriend killed two cockroaches during our one night there, was put into room 215 at first and there was a poo already in the toilet, flushed and it was clogged, moved rooms and thats when we saw the roaches.. don’t recommend this facility..

I did not like the separate security deposit outside of the Expedia booking. The poor condition of the hotel overall does not warrant the online ratings received and the daily rate. Both were too high for the condition. There seemed to be a few shady characters hanging around the hotel at night. The room was clean, but in average condition. The breakfast was good - hot and substantial - for this type hotel.

Ive Stayed in a few hotels that were cheaper They had no leakages in the bathroom from above us, and the breakfast options were better. Both days we stayed the food wasnt the best. But it was nice and quite.

Based off the reviews I decided to stay at this property. We arrived at 3am and unfortunately because we have been traveling for hours and was tired we was forced to stay. I paid for the room prior before arriving. Once I arrived my double room was unavailable but then she said found one available. Once we get into the room we realize we was given a dirty room. Roaches was roaming everywhere even in the beds. No towels. The breakfast attendant was cleaning the restrooms and refilling food with the same gloves. This was one nasty experience.

As soon as we walked into our room, they were roaches crawling by the bathroom door. Bathroom toilet was broken and shower completely dirty. Front desk did not call back once we called and as we tried to move to another hotel, they refused to refund us the deposit or the money for us to book something else.

seemed to pay little attention to the outside area... there was trash around the area... breakfast food served it's purpose but was not very hot... in fact some sausages and eggs tasted like they were just right from the refrigerator... and definitely could use some more attention in the bathrooms, especially around the toilets... but, other than that, it served it's purpose and we slept pretty decent...

Beds to high
The beds were so high could not get in it. I’m 5’2” and could get in. I called the front desk she said all our beds are that high. She said use a chair I still couldn’t get up I asked for a foot stool. Didn’t have one so my husband and I had to go to Walmart to get a foot stool. Easy pessy. So I rate this hotel poorly.

The place is somewhat outdated and smells musty which made it not worth the price. The clerk was on a personal phone call on their cellphone and continued it while checking us in. However, the bed was clean & comfortable.

Terrible Hotel
This Hotel had several problems. We encountered roaches, a tub that won’t drain, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom not cleaned, baseboards laying on the floors, broken TV remote and paint peeling from the doors. We checked out after one day.

checkin lobby was dirty . room and bedding was dirty and stained. fixtures broken coming apart. Must have been a good hotel before,but definitely not a place that I felt safe sleeping in. I had nonrefundable stay otherwise would have immediately paid more somewhere else. Also there is a deposit due of 50 to 75 dollars. Saw a roach in the front checkin when I came in. So disappointed. Did not sleep well all night

The night front desk clerk was courteous, she was worried about not having enough rooms for other guest who hadn't checked in yet, but was still able to accomadate us. Once we got to the room, the bed was really high from my short elderly grandmother, so we made the decision to use the pull out sofa bed. Upon removing the cushion we encountered a baby diaper, food, and other debris. Upon checking the restroom, there was urine on and under the toilet seat along with dust. Also, the were stains and hair on the bedsheets. I attempted to call the front desk to submit a complaint but no one answered and I already knew that I wouldn't be able to change rooms because of the commentary from earlier. In the morning at check out, I told the front desk clerk about the issues, and she asked me did I leave the cushions off of the couch so that the housekeeper would know to clean it. The housekeeper should already be verifying for usage, it is not the guests' job. We were not able to use the sofa bed so my grandmother slept sitting up the whole night.

Very nasty and when I asked the front desk to clean, the young lady asked me…the staff asked the guest to look for the cleaning crew to let them know. Appalled! That is not my job, at that point, I asked for a refund and check out. They came to clean the room and still left the nastiness, just left new towels and made no bed. Horrendous!
