Flats in Columbus

'We were not acknowledged initially at the desk. The young lady was on the phone with a customer, but didn’t even bother to look up at us while she was talking. After that check-in was very easy. My travel companion and I each booked a room. Mine was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic bags for the trash cans were draped over the side, not put into the bins. 'Staff was awesome and friendly but we couldn’t get a quiet nights sleep. I believe there was an army graduation ceremony the weekend we stayed and it seemed like there were very booked and every night people in and out until 12am, every time their room door closes it slams and you can hear it and feel it throughout the whole first floor it was enough to wake you up. 'Bathroom had two bugs in the tub, and bathroom felt like a sauna heat room never got cooled. Breakfast in the morning was horrible should of been pippin hot, grits were hard as a rock, it should of been a free buffet instead of $29 only ate there one day instead of all three day witch should of been the best breakfast 🍳 ever. But other than that no complaints!!!?'

'There were no blow dryers. The staff told me that they do not have them even though I have stayed at several and they do have them in the rooms. Other than that, staff was friendly. The bathroom shower was not cleaned very well.'
