If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? 'My first time staying and I was blown away! The hotel interior is beautiful as are the rooms but the amenities are amazing! Coffee shop ,restaurant and bar. Beautiful green space and bikes and scooters to accommodate getting around. The area is very interesting and walkable. Can’t wait to come back!'

'I really like the hotel the staff was great and very polite. The location its prefect lots of restaurants and stores, and within walking distance to the Stadium where I attended the AC/DC concert which was the main reason why I came to Columbus. Nice hotel. Best Band in the world AC/DC, its like an earthquake.'

I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy.
