'clean and comfortable, never saw host, no shopping, the National Park was amazing and a great weather the whole time.'

'This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. '

'Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.'

'We had a great experience. The room was clean and decorated nicely. It was thoughtfully designed so that the alpacas were always very close to the cabin. They were right outside the door! We stayed on a very hot day and the air conditioning worked great. The owners were friendly and helpful. If you go, make sure to buy several bags of alpaca food at the boutique, because they eat it quickly!! Although we were very tempted by the sign that said, "Yes, we sell alpacas", we decided not to bring...

'Great location in Delta. Right in the middle of downtown and great restaurants and shops. The space was well taken care of and perfect for a weekend with family. '

'We really enjoyed the location. We could walk to the Grainary Coffee and Bakery Shop. The Hayden Museum was also within walking distance. We would walk aroun town after dinner when it was cooler. Love the small town locals and friendliness. Lots of history. Craig and Steamboat Springs are a short distance away. Since it was hot out, the AC in the rental was wonderful!'
