'The only thing I can say I was disappointed was the Wifi. There wasn't any free wifi as they claimed'

'We stayed at Iowa House for 5 nights while attending an event at Iowa State University. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent and acted quickly to resolve an issue we had with the a/c. The breakfasts were so-so with a few good meals and a few "not-so-good" meals. A suggestion: add some healthier options on the breakfast counter such as less sugary cereal, plain yogurt, granola, etc.'

'The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.'
