'Excellent Hotel, easy to find with free parking directly in front of it. The accommodation was spotless clean and the room was a good size. Very large very comfortable bed. Staff, particularly Nicholas on reception, very polite and helpful. Good continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Town centre a 2 minute walk away, plenty of history, restaurants & bars. Ask at the hotel for a Guidebook in English. A very nice place for an overnight stop when heading to Santander for a ferry.'

'Pros: Hiking at a beautiful lake near by with our two dogs. Cons: We are dog lovers and it was very hard for us to see the dog of the owner in a small dark cage all the time, while the property is huge and there would be enough space to provide the dog a worthy live.'
