'The bar was very well stocked and had anything one would want. I was disappointed that this time on Taco Tuesday, they were unable to make me a vegetarian taco like they did last time. I went looking forward to it, and went without dinner. :-/ Luckily, I brought a few snacks. The scones and frittata at breakfast were very nice! Parking is hit or miss. I suggested they give guests a pass to put in their window to prevent non-guests from using the lot. Next time, I'll arrive well before...

'Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.'

'The front desk gal was amazing! The lobby and corridors were clean and tidy. The room had coffee spills on the walls, broken glass windows, and a torn window screen. The bathroom had a horribly strong smell of cigarettes that would not dissipate despite the bathroom fan left to run continuously, and a used plunger was placed directly on the floor with dried bits of toilet tissue and other things stuck to it. The pool was lovely, but piles of cigarette butts on the surrounding pool deck.'

'We can’t wait to stay at Sierra Mountain Inn again. The cottage room was absolutely adorable and everything was well maintained. The front office staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with a small issue we ran into. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to our next stay.'

'Traveling with my brother, who is disabled can be very difficult for us. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer a 2 queen suite wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The first room was not going to work due to it having a tub/shower and they only had 1 shower bench available for guests, that was already being used. She walked with me to look at a few choices. My brother had a hard time getting into the bathroom, it was not handicap...
