'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'I booked this for the pool and it wasn't even open on Sunday afternoon or any morning. Also the one area where one could still quietly is closed off to customers, and so you have to go sit almost literally next to the highway. Nice facilities really, but they don't let their customers use them'

'We had a pretty poor experience at this hotel. The indoor pool (the only reason I booked this hotel) was closed for 2 days because it was being cleaned, and staff had no idea when it would reopen. Both elevators broke the day after we checked in, and we were on the 7th floor, so that was unpleasant. Worst of all, when we came back to the room on the day of check-out (before check-out time and before we had actually checked out), housekeeping staff were carrying our things out of the room....
