The condo had everything you needed, beds were comfortable. The area around the condo was very nice and well maintained, pool was very clean. I made a mistake renting the first-floor unit no view small patio. They are building a huge resort next to it and that is the view and the construction parking lot. The unit is old and needs to be updated, carpeting smells horrible.

We had great communication with the host. Unit 104 was perfect for our 6 adults. The unit is very well stocked with your every need, was wonderfully clean and spacious. Great amenities, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and beach. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January and had a wonderful experience. The layout of the condo is perfect, especially for two couples. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely separated, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and made the space feel very comfortable.The living room was one of our favorite parts. The large reclining couches were incredibly comfortable and made it a great place to relax after a long day. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses and fluffy, supportive pillows. The condo was very clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked with extra blankets and pillows.There was tons of storage, which we really appreciated. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and there’s also a separate, fully stocked towel closet that made things super convenient. We had more than enough space to unpack and settle in.The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We loved having an air fryer, coffee maker, and a great selection of appliances. The full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room was an added bonus.The location is excellent—there’s a grocery store directly across the street, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the beach right behind the building. Parking was easy, check-in was seamless with a door code, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Overall, this condo was spacious, comfortable, and very well thought out. It was perfect for our group and would also be a great place f

Sandcastles 104 at Coco Beach.

We were taking a cruise and wanted to get a place close to the port. Turns out, we found a place we might like to rent for a full vacation and not just a few nights. Excellent location, condo well equipped, centrally located, beach a quick walk out the back of the property and an awesome pool and hot tub. Definitely will return....

We were 4 adults in the unit and there was plenty of room. The unit is somewhat dated but clean.Did not appreciate the construction noise especially on the first few days we were there. Liked that it was a short walk to the beach. They need to provide additional paper products. We would stay again.

No communication from management group. Finally got someone on the phone to give me a code to get into my condo. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I thought I was getting a a ocean view all i got was a view of the next door parking lot. The mattress was old a hurt all my joints. Usually I am not this negative but this was a ***** show from the beginning. Oh, and the master key did not fit the compactor room. No where did it say you are responsible for washing towels and pulling sheets off the bed until they sent you the communication for leaving.

Property was spacious and clean and very close to the beach. Also convenient to Kennedy Space Center and grocery shopping. Would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms but there were standing fans in the closet to compensate. Would stay again.

Few Days in Cocoa Beach

Stayed here for a few days to unwind and enjoy the beach after Disney. Condo has a great location nearby to many dining and shopping options. Condo was as described, clean and had good selection of kitchen and beach items. Would definitely rent again
