'We had nothing but problems during our stay. We had to call them because our safe didn’t work. It took four attempts before they could fix our safe in. It lasted over for our five days. But that is not the worst, during our stay, the air conditioning didn’t work. I had to call them several times to repair it. 'Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really'

'ブッフェの朝食が値段の割に美味しくなかった。 2年前より質が落ちている気がする。 プール、ビーチのスタッフも前回泊まった時の方がフレンドリーで良かった。シーズンオフに行ったからかも？ 前回は空いているビーチチェアに座ったら、韓国人に「朝から場所を取っているからどけ！」と怒鳴られたので、今回は韓国人が以前より少なくて良かった。 とは言え、毎回ビーチとプールには満足しています。 水のサービスが部屋の近くに無くわざわざ汲みに行く感じです。 値段を考えると総合的にこれ位のサービスのホテルなのかも知れません。'

'The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.'
