My wife personally designed "WoodUStay", and I assembled all the furniture. It is our pride and joy and our getaway. Everything was meticulously designed for comfort and traveling families.

Note: We are happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn

~ Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hr.

SMOKING/DRUGS/FIREWORK/VAPING/E-CIGARETTES/COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING/EVENTS

~ Not allowed
~ Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house

FIREPIT

~ Fire pits and wood-burning fireplaces are not permitted during short-term rental periods.
~ Propane firepits are allowed and provided for your convenience.

PESTS and BUGS

~ While we maintain monthly pest control, the Sierra Mountain environment may still bring occasional bugs. Keeping doors/windows closed helps minimize this.

SECURITY CAMERA

~ Outdoor cameras are only for safety and surveillance. They are actively recording to secure the perimeter of the estate. All devices record both audio and video.
~ There are no cameras inside the house
