« My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is very accommodating and has a lot to offer. We visited the animals of Buffalo Creek and it was a good time. We went to Berm Park and Maggie Valley, which are less than a 30-minute drive away. I have a few minor complaints: the beds are not comfortable in our opinion, there were cobwebs throughout the house, the grass had not been cut, and the backyard could use a routine spraying of insecticide. I would still highly recommend staying here...

« We enjoyed the views from the patio area as well as every room of the house. It was so quiet and peaceful. It is a wonderful place if you just want to rest and relax. Since the house is on top of a mountain, it takes a quite a drive to get to it, so be prepared. »

« It was a great cabin, plenty of room. The TV's in the bedrooms were out dated and not all had DVD players. The AC upstairs did not work properly. For the price i paid, i thought the organization of the kitchen was terrible. It was misc. Pots and pans. The counters were dirty when we arrived. »

« We had a great 4-night stay! The cabin was very clean and exactly as described. Definitely off the beaten path, but still surprisingly close to the national park and the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge attractions. Highly recommended! »

« The house fit our family perfectly! We enjoyed the veiw and the screened in porch. We saw bear at the cabin which was a highlight. Our children loved the house and going to the pool. Thank you for letting us stay at this cabin and make special memories!! »

« The Rustic Mountain Retreat is a small, cute cabin with an amazing view off the deck. My husband and I went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for the two of us. The hot tub isn’t super private as there is the Wilderness cabin drive rite by the fire pit for this cabin, but it still feels private enough. The road leading up to the cabin is pretty rough in some spots but we had fun with it since we have a Jeep Wranger and it kinda felt like we were off roading. I feel like the...
