'lovely location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. little disappointed that our 'deluxe' room had a view over the fire escape and a fire door which meant an omnipresent green fire escape light, didnt detract from lovely stay but would ask for a forwadr facing room if were to stay again'

'A very warm welcome awaited us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, and breakfast was really good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel also had its own car park. Will definitely go back.'

'Superhosts, kraakproper, super goed bed, Nespresso apparaat op de kamer :-), rustig gelegen, kregen in een map alle info en tips om Llandudno en omgeving te ontdekken (incl. restaurants)... M.a.w. super verblijf in een mooie badplaats! ('iets' van opbouwende kritiek: het ontbijt was heerlijk/lekker, alleen vonden wij het vaste tijdstip van 9u niet altijd heel praktisch. Het alternatief om de avond ervoor 'ontbijt op de kamer op een bepaald uur' aan te vragen, was op zich wel goed, echter...

'The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.'

'This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. '
