'We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Elkhorn cabin! Everything you need and much more comfortable than tent camping in the pouring rain. The cabin does have an outhouse so if you’re not expecting a flush toilet, may want to look for something a little fancier. We will be back, thanks for your hospitality Mike! '

'Very friendly host. The property is immaculate. It had literally everything you needed from clean comfy beds to cooking oil and spices. It was pretty hot when we arrived, but Lisa had put on all the fans before we arrived, so it was bearable. It cooled off pretty fast when it gets dark. It's a lovely spot to spend some time. Chickens roaming around, friendly farm cats and dogs and horses and yaks across the (quiet) street. It's one of those places you wished you could stay longer to unwind. '

'Clean beautiful property '

'The river is beautiful, swimming great for relaxing on rocks, not actual swimming. The cabin/kitchen was well stocked for utensils and basic condiments. There were a few repairs that need attention-screen door broken and first floor bedroom window needs handle to open it. The propane for bbq ran out first night but owner took care of it quickly. The few inconveniences did not turn us off. We all loved the cabin and location and hope to return in the future. '
