Hôtel près de Clinchfield Railroad Museum (Erwin)

« The hotel is beautiful inside. The rooms are very spacious and so comfortable. Everything feels very new and clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was such an excellent experience! »

« Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

« Il faut changer les tapis, tapis extrêmement sale. »

« I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling. »

« Room 303. Air conditioning unit never got to temp and made clicking noise every time it cycled down. I informed the desk at check out. Housekeeping. Sub par. I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in. Right after check-in, it...

« You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy. My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
