Overall the house is nice, in a good location & beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space, kitchen is large, living room/couch excellent, beds comfy, sunroom good.The main issue with the house is the overall cleanliness. What does 320 cleaning fee go for? There were several areas of the house that were unclean, even gross in some areas. Just to name a few:1. Please wipe down the front door & surrounding entry areas, lots of spider webs & dead bugs2. The bath mats in each bath tub were disgusting, extreme mold & slime under each mat ... yuck3. The upstairs shared bathroom tub filled with water to shin level for each & every shower over our 8 night stay ... this was definitely not vacation ready4. MANY odd jobs around the house that were obviously started & never finished (for a remodel maybe?) ... very unprofessional4. Please toss the food that renters leave behind, just throw it away ... nobody wants other renter's old, opened groceries5. Pest control is needed in the kitchen. I saw a few cockroaches. Please do better for renters!6. We would have loved to sit outside & use the grill & table with chairs (it is a lovely area with the massive trees & flowers) but the deck was filthy from other people's mess7. Make sure there are plenty of towels of all kinds (bathrooms, kitchen) in each space. I finally found bathroom hand towels in the kitchen. Odd8. Please make sure you leave your guests with supplies: shampoo, body soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent
