« We stayed here to experience the Rail Explorers Elk River tour, which makes the hotel’s location convenient if one is coming from Ohio. The beds were comfortable! The hallway carpets and furniture were all banged up or stained. The guests seemed a little rowdy the night we stayed, including an incessant yapping dog. « The breakfast was good with several options. Hard to control the heating/cooling unit in the room. Had a stain on one of the bedspreads and when notified they replaced it within an hour . Nice to have a restaurant and bar on site - very convenient . »

« I booked this hotel for the suite- 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It does look like the online photos, but what you can’t see is the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean at all. I’m not overly picky about hotels or cleanliness, but this was gross. I should have read further into the reviews, but we stopped late at night on our way to our final vacation spot. We didn’t even attempt the breakfast, as we couldn’t wait to get out of there. »

« Drug addicts hanging outside the hotel! Watching you walk to your room. Felt very unsafe didnt last an hour grabbed my stuff and left. Do not stay! »

The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells! »

« The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised. »

« The hotel was difficult to get to. You can see it from the interstate, but when you get off at the exit, you can't see it. There are no signs directing you to the hotel. I finally found it. The lady working the front desk was ok. Not the most friendly. The room was clean. Had difficulty sleeping because the noise from the interstate which was right across the parking lot, literally. Walk out the room door, walk across the not so wide lot and climb the embankment and you're standing on...

« We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again. »

« The property is very old. I tripped plenty of times ơn the carpet ơn 4th floor Leading to my room 411. Because the carpet ơn the hallways are not flat anymore. It’s crooked and raised and uneven. Very bad for elders. The breakfast was not bad. I don’t eat bacon and thất was the only protein choice ơn the 2 days I came down out of the 5 days I was there. They maintain our trash even when we told them we didn’t want room clean so that was a plus. The staff was very helpful anout everything....
