« Restaurant & bar staff, service staff & Cabana beach service is outstanding ! Beach access is unmatched ! White flour soft sand ! However the Parking lot access to hotel was obstructed by several large service delivery trucks ! This is unacceptable & a very bad look ! This needs to be resolved! A simple parking lot wall & delivery row parallel to building is the obvious fix.! »

« This was our second time staying in the Sand Pearl unit. Perfect size for my husband and I. So cozy, comfy and peaceful inside and out. Love the cottagy feel. Step outside and stroll to the beach or the bay and watch the dolphins play, grab a drink oceanside, catch one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see, and you can top the night off at one of the local restaurants just around the corner. We will return. »

« Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive. »

« I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. We walked to the beach, dined at local restaurants and caught a brief rest poolside at the waterpark. Perfect little getaway. »

« Cute little beach house a short walk to the beach, property shared with several other rentals but felt peaceful and quiet. Parking is on street nearby. Convenient location to explore the St. Petersburg area. »

« This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Checking in was quick and easy, the condo was pristine, and the view was spectacular. We cooked breakfast 2 mornings and had everything we needed. We were sad to leave this morning. Thank you for giving my son, DIL and me a magical getaway long weekend. They live in Denver so it was easy to pick them up at the airport. One more plus! »
