We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. "Le déjeuner était copieux et avec du choix. Nous étions au calme. La piscine était malheureusement hors service. Le lit du sofa lit était à faire et nous avons dû attendre le berceau dans la chambre ce qui est toujours ennuyeux pour une arrivée tardive. Tout le reste était parfait "
