Popular restaurants and shops are within a 5 minute drive or walk. Out the door and across the neighborhood road the property extends down to sandy Gypsy Beach for all kinds of waterfront fun!
Your rental includes use of two boat slips, bag chairs and beach towels, and our 2 kayaks. This mid century modern home is a split level home with 3 steps dividing upper and lower. The main level is an open floor design, with space for 15 or more to visit comfortably. Windows across the front feature spectacular Buggs Island Lake and Gypsy Beach views. The house is ready for a crowd, with a nicely stocked kitchen including 2 full size refrigerators and dinnerware for 10.
There are 5 large bedrooms including the master with king bed and ensuite bathroom, and mini-crib; 2 more bedrooms with queen beds; 1 bedroom with a full bed; and the 5th bedroom with 2 twins. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms. Pets are allowed and there is a small enclosed area for potty breaks, accessible through the master bedroom or through a gate from the front yard. There are two ROKU TVs on rolling carts in addition to the larger living room TV. Our propane grill, free wifi, and a couple of compressor- included blow up beds with linens are also here for you to enjoy! Remodel of this home was completed in 2025 and we are ready to welcome guests with introductory rates in 2026!
