'Wifi werkt niet goed. Ook niet na navragen.'

'Room was not clean. The fro t desk clerk at night she was terrible . Our shower was dirty . The noise from contstruvtion was at 5 in the morning . Terrible stay never again'

'Great hotel, but old fashioned. Could be modernized. Pool is small. Breakfast is great, but costs $12.'

'Nice hotel with modern rooms, clean and friendly personell Unfortunatelz missed breakfast first day due to wrong explaination. You need to visit Naperville, real nice town. Otherwise top stay. '

'Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Cleanliness, and Overall Experience My two-night stay at Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was extremely disappointing. The hotel fell well below my expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. High-floor room issue: I paid extra for a high-floor room, but the hotel could not provide one when I arrived. I had to wait approximately three hours to get my room, which was unacceptable. Unfriendly staff: The staff were not...

'The staff and manager were very helpful in every way! Breakfast was ready every morning. We had a good stay at Sleep Inn. It felt safe, secure, and updated. We had a jetted tub. Which really came in handy for a week long Chicago trip, rushing around every day! Looked forward to getting back to the hotel everyday.'

'Room was clean . Common areas were not . Piles of soiled linens and towels filled the hall. While the room itself was suitable , the bed were EXTREMELY HARD . Tossed and turned… I’d go somewhere else'

'More general clean'

'Perfect!!!'
