'This place was amazing, I really liked the room, the building was lovely. The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! Great stay!! Loved Italy'

'The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was good the only minor issue was the shower didn't drain the best and you had to watch it wouldn't overflow. the location was also great with a bakery opposite and a shop next door, it was just down the street a 10 minute walk from the main train station, the bus stop from the airport and the metro. it was a 6...

'The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!'

'The view was stunning! We had a whole wall in our hotel room that is just a window from floor to ceiling! It is such a stunning view of Napoli. The room is upgraded and beautiful. The staff are so welcoming, happy and helpful. Prior to arriving, I was able to ask questions with prompt responses even on the day of arrival such as leaving our luggage if we arrived early (which you can do) and checking out early to Herculaneum and leaving our luggage there until we can come back to pick up (which...
