'Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back.'

'Very friendly and helpful host. Nice breakfast. Convenient location for accessing Southwell and the surrounding areas.'

'Just what we needed - clean, good location, easy parking. Recommended.'

'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'Lovely accommodation, nice clean room. Great comfy bed. Small gym with a couple of treadmills. Would definitely stay again.'

'De kamer stond propvol met meubelstukken die geen enkel nut hadden. Je kon amper rond het bed lopen. Wij waren in kamer Tokio. Badkamer was OK. Het hotel is vooraan gelegen aan een 4-baanse hoofdweg. Aan de achterkant een andere drukke baan. Luchtkwaliteit was allicht erg slecht.'

'Alles was uitstekend, alleen het ontbijt viel tegen. Personeel was verder zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'Goede ligging t.o.v. onze bestemming en het centrum van de stad, '
