« Perfect for discovering Nottingham as it’s right in city centre but still very quiet room as it was on second floor. Happy to stay again. »

« Malgré des difficultés en anglais, nous avons très bien été accueillis par l'hôtesse à la réception. La chambre était propre, moderne, et ultra confortable. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners : il y en avait pour tous les goûts, un vrai régal. Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel, et espérons y repasser un jour. »

« The booking in was a major issue . When you are travelling from Canada and you have to book in on your phone, it is difficult. The scanning took 5 times. I had to find a room that wasn't bright that would accept the scan. When I had to do the deposit the code from the bank disappeared quickly and to refund it I lost the original forms. This was frustrating. The elevator was broken. I am 71 and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase. Lucky I didn't have a heart attack !! »
