'Clean rooms and very good food '

'I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

'i stayed in Traveller's Inn last year and there is much improvement from that time. the wifi is very strong, they supplied us now with shampoo, soap, even toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. the service was excellent and it is just 5 minutes from our office. i hope they will have a weighing scale next year so we can measure the yummy pasalubongs we get from davao to bring home to manila!'

'Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. After she left, I began to notice the television didn’t work, I checked to see if it was plugged in and the cable was cut and there was no T.v. Plug. I...

'When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

'The beds are so comfortable to sleep with and the availability of hot and cold water in the shower ensures a refreshing start to your day or night (?). While it provides a wonderful setting for our stay, there are a few minor hiccups to be aware of. Sadly, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included, so make sure to pack your essentials. Additionally, if you need a workspace, you might need to get a bit creative, as there isn't a designated area for work, despite the presence of small bedside...

'Little bit run down by it age but it was clean and not to bad'

'Water pressure in bathroom was poor. Ongoing problems with opening room door, need staff each time. Breakfast was of lesser quality than expected. Good location for our needs.'

'I had already paid by card and stayed here, but I also paid some money at the accommodation, although I don't know if they said it was a deposit or accommodation fee. I can't get that money back.'
